Stocking Dealers

We appreciate your interest in Watson & Co. Please call or email us with the location and the focus of your establishment. We will verify that we able to open new accounts and to make certain that your store is not in conflict with any existing accounts.

(Please be sure to check your area for existing accounts. Do let us know if the focus of your store is different from an existing account or of great distance from our other retailers. We do not usually open more than one account in an area code. Once we confirm your location, we will send you the information you would need to place an order. Upon receipt of an order, we will fit you into our production schedule)

We have an opening order minimum of $1000 for our Paper Tole Line. Our minimum order for furniture orders is $2000.

There is no minimum for reorders or special orders within the season; please contact us for confirmation of expected delivery time frame. Initial orders are only shipped prepaid or by credit card. Hangers for the Paper Tole Plates are available and should be ordered if desired.

All items are handmade to order by our staff. Existing accounts are prioritized and new accounts are fit into the schedule as close to request ship dates as possible. If we cannot fill your order in the season in which it was placed, we will call to confirm the order when it is able to go into production. We will not attempt to ship without confirmation from the buyer, so please make sure we have the best contact information (phone numbers, email address) for you.

We will ship by FedEx unless otherwise specified. Orders which are refused or cancelled after being confirmed will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
